"New", "Fresh" and "Easy" Real Estate Seminar Topic Equals Higher Returns

Nashville, Tennessee - (June 20, 2006) - Real estate investors share one common thread ... the desire to profit from their endeavors, but many have grown tired of the same investing strategies being presented to them. Established real estate associations are looking for fresh new approaches to share with their members and guests with the continued popularity of real estate investing and the growing number of individuals interested in better real estate investing avenues.

"If you attend a local real estate investment meeting you're likely to hear the same thing you heard six months or even 6 years ago. Real estate continues to evolve and so do the opportunities to profit" says Tom Bissmeyer, one of the founding principals of Franklin Wealth Institute. "I've been on both sides of the podium. I invested in fix-n-flips many years ago. I even taught fix-n-flip techniques for a number of years. Now I see the need for bringing little known strategies to people hungry for something new."

His company now presents the virtues of "pre-construction" to real estate investor audiences ranging from 100 to 1,000 attendees. "I've been blown away by the reception people have had to our presentations. It's as if we've woken up a sleeping giant that was lulled to sleep by foreclosure and tax-lien presentations."

In the ninety minute presentation Bissmeyer engages the audience with a number of pre-construction merits, one of which is the "7 No's of Pre-Construction - No tenants. No repairs. No maintenance. No monthly payments. No HOAs. No taxes. No insurance." Attendees nod in agreement when Bissmeyer goes on to share his personal stories about all the different types of real estate investing he has attempted.

Bissmeyer states "we're seeing growing numbers in our seminars and the excitement level is higher than even I anticipated, and I'm an optimist! I think people truly appreciate our 'first knowledge, then wealth' approach to real estate investing." As evidenced by the attendance numbers, Bissmeyer will have even more to be optimistic about as these presentations continue to gain in popularity with real estate investing organizations nationwide.
